Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
AISA Whispar ("we", "our", "us") is an AI co-pilot for contact-center agents using 3CX. This policy explains what data our browser extension and web console handle when you use the product.
2. What data the extension handles
Account data
Your name, work email, organization, and role. Used to authenticate you and scope access to the right workspace.
Call data
The extension streams audio from the active 3CX tab to our transcription service to produce a live two-sided transcript. Audio is processed in transit and is not stored at rest. The resulting transcript is held for the lifetime of the call session and then discarded unless your organization opts in to call review.
Chat data
Prompts and AI responses generated for the agent during a call. Stored in your organization's workspace for quality and KB-gap analysis.
Diagnostic data
Anonymized error reports, latency samples, and feature-use counts, used only to keep the product working well.
3. What we do NOT collect
- Audio recordings of calls (transit only).
- Customer payment information.
- Browsing history outside the 3CX tab.
- Personal data from devices other than the agent's work browser.
4. Retention

6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@aisa-whispar.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production systems is role-based and audit-logged. Browser tokens are stored in chrome.storage.local and scoped to the active session.
9. Children
AISA Whispar is a workplace tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We will post material changes to this policy at this URL and notify active workspace admins by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
